GENSYS 2.0 / MASTER 2.0 Controllers
This training dedicated to our legacy GENSYS 2.0 and MASTER 2.0 controllers is theoretical but also practical thanks to our didactic test power plant and our simulation benches.
Objectives
- How a speed governor and a voltage regulator work
- Understand the differences and interactions between frequency/voltage and active power/reactive power
- Understand the differences and interactions between droop and isochronous/iso-voltage
- Understand the differences and interactions between dead bus paralleling and on-line paralleling
- Know the different types of generator applications (Auto start, AMF, generators paralleling, mains paralleling, ...)
- Know the basic principles of paralleling and protection
- Configuring and operating GENSYS 2.0 / MASTER 2.0 controllers
- Troubleshoot failures/problems
